欧美情色片 Welcomes COLLABORATE Act to Enhance Offshore Wind Development

WASHINGTON D.C., December 5, 2024 鈥撀燭he 欧美情色片 Association (欧美情色片) released the following statement from聽Anne Reynolds, 欧美情色片 Vice President for Offshore Wind,聽after Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) introduced聽the COLLABORATE Act to improve the offshore wind development process:
鈥淪imply put, the East Coast needs offshore wind power development to meet the surging demand for electricity. The 欧美情色片 Association commends Senator Whitehouse for introducing the COLLABORATE Act, a pivotal piece of legislation that highlights challenges and inefficiencies in infrastructure permitting. The practical solutions in this bill can address unnecessary hurdles to development of this important source of offshore energy and unleash new job creation.
“This bill would also simplify the complex and fragmented federal system for building out聽transmission. Transmission construction will strengthen the electric grid as well as help offshore wind energy projects get built. If all the currently planned offshore wind power projects are built, this growing industry is projected to create over 50,000 construction, maritime, and manufacturing jobs. We look forward to collaborating with Senator Whitehouse on how to most effectively support this source of American made energy.”
