On February 20 2024,聽欧美情色片 submitted聽comments聽to BOEM on its Notice of Intent to prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the first five offshore wind lease areas in聽California. Our聽comments聽focused on framing the intent of the聽PEIS, collaboration with coordinating agencies, how to consider appropriate avoidance, minimization, mitigation, and monitoring measures (AMMMs), and lessons learned from the NY Bight聽PEIS.
