Pursuant to Rule 213 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), the 欧美情色片 Association (欧美情色片), the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), and Clean Grid Alliance (CGA, collectively 鈥淐lean Energy Associations鈥�) submit this protest of the November 3, 2023 filing (Cap Proposal) of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (MISO). In this docket, MISO proposes to implement a cap on the total megawatt (MW) value of Interconnection Requests that may be included in a cluster or 鈥渃ycle鈥� in MISO鈥檚 generator interconnection queue.
